Return Policy
To ensure your total satisfaction with our products, Blancomedia will exchange or return your money if you are not completely satisfied. Please follow the return guidelines below.
* All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order.
* Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original order.
* Items that are faulty due to manufacturer error can be exchanged or returned for full refund. Damaged merchandise cannot be returned for refund. Customers that have purchased items may exchange a damaged item for the same new item at a 50% discount. Please contact our office to proceed with this type of exchange.
* Seal carton or box securely and make sure our returns address is displayed clearly.
* All returns must be accompanied with a fully completed "Return Authorization Form"
* Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
